Agatha | Event Design + Production

About

After more than 20 years in the event industry—spanning corporate events, weddings, and major fundraising galas—Agatha launched an independent practice focused on creating events that feel intentional, seamless, and genuinely memorable.

Her experience ranges from intimate gatherings to complex, large-scale productions, with an approach grounded in calm leadership, strong creative vision, and careful attention to detail. At the heart of her work is a respect for both the purpose of the event and the experience of the people attending it.

Services

Agatha offers full-service event planning and production for a wide range of events, including corporate gatherings, weddings, fundraising galas, social events, and bar and bat mitzvahs. Each project is shaped around the client’s goals, with thoughtful attention to flow, atmosphere, and the details that make an experience feel effortless.

The focus is always on creating events that feel intentional, polished, and memorable.

Boys & Girls Club of the Bellport Area

Beach Ball 2026

The Boys & Girls Club’s signature summer fundraiser welcomed approximately 500 guests to a private Bellport residence for a joyful evening rooted in community and the Club’s mission.

Produced across a complex tented environment, the event brought together food and beverage experiences, entertainment, sponsor recognition, a performance by Club members, mobile giving, and the return of the silent auction. An original mission film placed the voices and impact of the Club at the center of the evening, creating a meaningful connection between guests and the organization’s work.

Southampton Playhouse

A Summer Odyssey Gala 2026

Set at a private waterfront residence in Southampton, A Summer Odyssey transformed an exceptional setting into a refined summer fundraising experience.

The creative direction offered a subtle nod to The Odyssey, drawing upon the home’s European-inspired architecture and waterfront landscape to evoke journey, discovery, and escape. Guests moved naturally through the residence and grounds, from arrival and cocktails to culinary experiences, entertainment, dancing, and audiovisual moments. The evening celebrated the Southampton Playhouse while inviting guests to become part of its next chapter.

Selected Parrish Art Museum Work

The following events were produced during my tenure at the Parrish Art Museum.

Canvas & Cuisine 2024

The inaugural Canvas & Cuisine introduced a distinctive new benefit for the Parrish Art Museum, bringing visual art, culinary artistry, and thoughtful event design together in one immersive evening.

Inspired by the exhibition The Art of Food, the experience featured a four-course menu by acclaimed Chef Angie Mar of Le B., paired with wines from Sotheby’s and Wölffer Estate Vineyard. Staged in the Museum’s meadow, the event integrated food, wine, art, design, lighting, and sponsorship to expand the Museum’s fundraising calendar and engage supporters through a new kind of cultural experience.
